What can you do at El Niu Rural House?

If you come to spend a few days at our rural house El Niu, in addition to enjoying the special charm that La Garrotxa has, surround yourself with nature, relax and disconnect in its surroundings, you will be able to visit places such as:

Excursion / route from Sadernes to the hermitage of Sant Aniol d’Aguja, well known in the area and which runs along the riverbed of the Riera de Sant Aniol, crossing hanging bridges, stones and forest.

A route for the whole family, which you can culminate by enjoying a bath in the transparent waters of its gorges such as the Gorg Blau that is located after a path of about 500 meters behind the hermitage and refuge of Sant Aniol d'Aguja .
If you want to visit the Salt del Brull (just 10 minutes from the previous point) we recommend that you do it without children since there are some sections with some difficulty.

In La Garrotxa there is also a great offer of hiking, mountain biking or climbing routes to enjoy them.

Besalú, a spectacular medieval town.

Santa Pau, a small town surrounded by volcanoes next to the Fageda d'en Jordà.
